Volunteer at the Spring Golf Tournament

Description

Join us for a fun day of networking at the Spring Golf Tournament! Choose a three hour shift or stay the full day, we would love to have you. We will need volunteers to assist with the following: 

Course Set Up - assist with equipment rental team to ensure equipment is set up in the correct location, set up signs on holes, unload/organize items the day before event 

Registration - check in players, sponsors 

Hole Sponsor Attendant - check with sponsors as they arrive, valet to stations and clubhouse as needed, drop off drinks and lunch Lunch & 

Lunch/Dinner Assistance - assist with cooking lunch and setting up lunch service, clean up, assist with dinner set up 

Beverage Cart and Bar Attendant - assist with coolers on course and beverage carts, keep drinks at bar full and on ice, keep track of drink inventory Team 

Sponsor Attendant - check on teams as they arrive, help direct players to proper locations, provide information, check on teams while out on course 

Sales/Awards Attendant - assist with sales at Chamber table, help set up award ceremony and assist with photos of award winners
