Samantha Leitner has been a Notary Public and Wedding Officiant since August 1989, and an Ordained Minister since 2017.  Officiants mainly travel for Wedding Officiating, but she wanted to offer a local office for affordable Elopement ceremonies (by Appointment Only due to COVID) as well as a 24-hour NOTARY SERVICES.

There will be plenty of refreshments and people can register for FREE WEDDING OFFICIATING (including a personalized ceremony for their wedding).  This is a $150 value.
