REGISTER: 2024 Parade Day and Holiday Parade of Lights

Parade Day in the Greater CWC returns the second Saturday of December - December 14, 2024. 

For more information on setting up as a vendor at the North Pole, please contact Christina Nelson at events@cwcchamber.com. We also have vendor spaces available at two of our Holiday Business Shuttle stops.

Holiday Parade of Lights Registration is SOLD OUT.
If you would like to enter a unit in the parade, please join our wait list.

Registration is just for those that would like to put an entry in the parade - there is no need to register if you want to view the parade. 

Parade Day will kick off on Friday, December 13th with a double feature movie night at the Brookland-Cayce High School Stadium. See more event details here: Movie Night with the CWC Chamber & Visitor Programs 

The following morning, join us in the Town of South Congaree at 10:00 am for the annual South Congaree Christmas Parade. The festivities continue in the Greater CWC beginning at 12:00 pm with the North Pole at the Greater CWC Chamber Office hosting live entertainment, amusements, family activities, shopping and more! In addition to the North Pole, there will be a Holiday Business Shuttle sponsored by Signature Transportation, taking our visitors around town in style and comfort as we visit and highlight the business districts in Cayce-West Columbia. 

Hop on and off the Holiday Business Shuttle and enjoy activities, shopping and dining specials. The shuttle route is about 30 minutes and will stop at locations such as the WeCo businesses on Meeting St., the Holiday Artisan Market and restaurants at the Interactive Art Lot, shopping and art along State St. into Cayce and so much more!

As the sun sets on 12th St., the North Pole will transition to Parade Headquarters, hosting our judges, performance area and complimentary bleachers for viewing the Holiday Parade of Lights to begin at 5:30 pm.
