Learn Local Class: Setting Expectations in the Workplace

This is a COHORT Certified course and an opportunity for members to gain business skills and grow relationships. Each course completed leads to graduation and an opportunity to be accepted into the Cohort Alumni Development (CAD) Program. This class is led by Karin Hill, SHRM-SCP, MBA, SPHR who has extensive experience managing human resources and organizational development departments while working with large healthcare systems and Fortune 500 companies. She earned her B.A. in Journalism and Government from Southern Illinois University and her MBA from St. Louis University. Hill is currently on the Continuing Education adjunct faculty staff for Midlands Technical College. In this session, "Setting Expectations in the Workplace," you will explore the importance of setting clear expectations to improve employee performance and support organizational success. When employees understand how their roles contribute to organizational goals, they are more likely to demonstrate accountability and achieve positive results.
