This is a COHORT Certified course . An Opportunity for Members to Gain Business Skills and Grow Relationships. Each Course Completed Leads to Graduation and An Opportunity to be Accepted into the Cohort Alumni Development (CAD) Program. This Class is led by Aneesah Carlos and covers the DISC Personality Test. DISC is a self-assessment tool designed for use in personnel management. It identifies workstyle preferences, interaction with others, and insight into work habits. Aneesah is the Director of Staff Development, Employee Engagement & Patient Experience for Lexington Medical Center and has been a leader in organizational development for 18 years. She holds a degree in business from Florida International University. The CWC Leadership Program is Sponsored by First Reliance Bank.
