This class is led by Allen Brown, Adjunct Professor with Midland Tech’s Corporate and Continuing Education Department. Allen is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) with over 20 years consulting experience. After receiving Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of South Carolina, he earned an MBA from Webster University. This session will help you understand the emotional transition from old ways to new, involve employees in the process, and apply a model for introducing change effectively.
