Project Manager — Stroud Residential

Stroud Residential is a growing residential construction company specializing in new builds, additions,

and remodels. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team and

help oversee projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, a strong communicator, and comfortable managing

multiple projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

● Oversee and coordinate residential construction projects from start to completion

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep projects on schedule

● Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams

● Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the Stroud Residential team

● Monitor project progress, materials, and schedules

● Assist with job costing and tracking project budgets

● Identify and address issues that arise during construction

● Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism across all projects

Qualifications

● Residential construction experience required

● Project management experience preferred

● Strong organizational and time-management skills

● Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once

● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

● General understanding of job costing and construction budgets

● Reliable personal truck required for travel to job sites (mileage reimbursed)

● Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Compensation

$60,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience

Performance bonuses available
