HVAC Technician

HVAC skills aren't the only skills we are looking for. We want someone who thinks quickly and speaks confidently. Customer interactions are crucial and stellar service is our signature.

Skills: The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills and a strong notion of common sense; experience in working remotely and independently under minimum supervision; talented in efficiently diagnosing, adjusting, installing, and repairing HVAC systems; able to follow and complete checklists; quality and detail-oriented; able to perform physical demands typically found while working in the HVAC world.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 year of experience working in the HVAC trade
  • Removing and installing new HVAC units

- Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment, other products

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting residential and commercial systems

- Assess systems to determine repair vs replacement
- Assembling, installing, servicing, and repairing air conditioning, refrigeration Duct

  • Performing routine and preventative maintenance
  • Meeting local HVAC codes
  • Willing to perform plumbing services if needed
  • Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites
  • Communicate well with customers to ensure client satisfaction

- Explains each service and repair performed to the customer each time a service or repair is completed

  • Communicate well with team members and fellow employees
  • Must demonstrate the knowledge and ability to use all hand and or power tools associated with the type of work being performed
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Clean, safe driving record within 3 years
  • You can pass a drug test and background check
  • You reside in a location from which you can commute to our office within 60 minutes
  • You have a positive attitude
  • You are willing to learn
  • You must be a team player
  • You don't mind getting dirty
  • You are able to work nights and weekends if on call
  • You are honest
  • You have good communication skills
  • You have a good work ethics
  • You are proud of your job and give 100%
  • You don't have a public crack

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $684.00 - $3,000.00 per week
