Operating in Columbia, SC and surrounding areas, we are in search of a candidate to lead our Water Restoration program.The ideal candidate will be a strong team leader and have experience in all aspects of water restoration.

$1,000 Signing bonus after 30-Days for IICRC Certified candidates!

Water Restoration Manager Responsibilities include:

• Managing and supervising restoration crews ensure IICRC guidelines are being followed
• Developing scopes of work and monitoring job progress
• Serving as the primary contact for the customer and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Working with and negotiating claims with insurance companies
• Writing Xactimate estimates
• Ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner

IICRC Water Restoration (WRT/ASD) Certification *preferred*

Requirements include:

• Must have a professional appearance and great attitude.
• A valid driver license
• Ability to pass a background check/drug screen

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
