Description



This is our first CORE class of 2026 and it will be held at the chamber on Tuesday, May 19th from 9:00-11:00 AM and will be another opportunity for Members to Gain Business Skills and Grow Relationships. The event is also one of four classes for 2026 with topic and speaker provided by Midlands Technical College. This class is led by Sylvia M. Aull-Holcombe, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP and will be entitled “The Challenge of Leadership – Legally Speaking”. Sylvia is an adjunct facilitator and HR consultant for Midlands and also works with USC Darla Moore School of Business. She holds an MBA from James Madison University as well as a Bachelor of Science from Clemson. Having multiple certifications in Human Resources and over 30 years’ experience in the field, she will deliver to our membership great knowledge on improving individual and team performance as leaders in our organizations while ensuring our actions remain legally sound in their execution.
